01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cb777k", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the cb777k platform, its owners, and its operators, licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cb777k platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the cb777k website at https://cb777k.club, including all games, sportsbook services, live casino, promotional pages, and any associated mobile applications.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held with cb777k, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to deposited funds held in your cb777k account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional funds credited to your account subject to wagering requirements and these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory in which use of the cb777k platform is prohibited by applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the cb777k platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the cb777k platform and must not register an account. cb777k reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not comply with these Terms.

03 Eligibility

Use of the cb777k platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of local law in your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or syndicate.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing cb777k from, a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cb777k or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously been excluded from cb777k or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

cb777k reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be suspended pending receipt and verification of such documents. Winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money services on cb777k, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The following conditions apply to all cb777k accounts:

• One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one cb777k account. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information. You must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must not register using false information or the details of another person.
• Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cb777k will never contact you to request your password. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Verification. cb777k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of address and payment method, before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Currency. All cb777k accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via local payment methods.

cb777k reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these registration conditions, with or without prior notice, and to withhold funds pending investigation where fraudulent conduct is suspected.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

cb777k supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts, subject to individual payment method caps.
• Deposit Processing: PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to reflect.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: cb777k targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. cb777k will notify you if delays are expected.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A withdrawal may only be requested once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied. cb777k reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: cb777k does not charge fees on PKR deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which cb777k accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with transaction proof. Do not re-attempt the deposit before receiving confirmation from support.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

cb777k offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook promotions. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as stated in specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Rule. While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention. cb777k reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reverse bonus credits, and void associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, low-margin betting strategies, coordinated multi-account play, and irregular wagering patterns.
• No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. They are not redeemable for cash except after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering conducted through the cb777k platform:

• Accepted Bets. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the cb777k system and a bet reference number has been issued. cb777k reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds due to system errors.
• Cricket & PSL Betting. All cricket and PSL bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, applicable void or refund rules will be applied as stated in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time of placement. cb777k does not accept liability for live bets placed on the basis of information delays between the event and the platform's data feed.
• Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independent for each round. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. cb777k does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disputed Results. If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb777k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and may be voided.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate cb777k transaction. Chargebacks are considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
• Using cb777k for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Systematic low-margin or arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing cb777k staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

cb777k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following tools and policies form part of cb777k's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits. Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods. Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion. Players who require a longer break from gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not receive marketing communications and will be prevented from opening new accounts. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks. Players may enable on-screen notifications reminding them of the duration of their current session and their net wagering activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cb777k platform, including but not limited to the cb777k brand name, logo, graphical assets, game content, software, text, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of cb777k or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cb777k content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of cb777k intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11 Data & Privacy

cb777k collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. cb777k does not sell personal data to third parties. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cb777k, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cb777k platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from technical failures, payment processing errors, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information.
• Gambling losses incurred during the normal operation of the platform.
• Decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform that are subsequently found to contain errors.

cb777k's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13 Account Termination

cb777k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account for cause, cb777k may withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb777k holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cb777k's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

cb777k operates an internal complaints procedure for the resolution of player disputes. To raise a complaint, contact support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. cb777k will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 days.

15 Amendments

cb777k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cb777k will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.

Continued use of the cb777k platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using cb777k and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
